My page “The Multifaceted Mom” was named this due to my many interests, jobs, and hobbies. I would like to create pages for each category to make it easier for those visiting to find his or her interest, open the page, sit back and enjoy the posts. Hopefully, at some point I will learn how to do this.. and once it is created, perhaps you will get curious enough to venture out of your safe page zone and enter a page unknown. Some of the things I will talk about are:

- ADHD – I will talk about my past and things I’ve learned and continue to learn as I go through my daily life. I will discuss ADHD and all that I have learned and have had to navigate through with two boys who live with this diagnosis. I will discuss IEPs, school advocates and many other things, that will help parents who are dealing with these issues.

- Love and Narcissism – Both of which I have experienced the first part is nice the second part umm, yea not so much, yet that didn’t stop me from finding many men who fall under this category. Stick around to hear my stories of Love, narcissism and my ability to attract all that exist in the NY and NJ :/ Here I will share the telltale signs of a Narcissist, and how to deal with the ever-present “Silent Treatment”. - Single Motherhood and Two Quirky Boys – here I will talk about the antics my sons pull, and all the calls I receive from school. Some will make you laugh, and others I am sure will make you think… LORD Jesus thank you that it is not just my kids who do these crazy things!

- Divorce – Yep, I’ve been there. Remember the narcissist I talked about? Well, my ex is Narc #1. Here’s a small preview, I found out that narcissists come in all shapes, sizes, and different ways of behaving with the same results. I’ll share how to navigate through what both my lawyer and his described as “a divorce worse than The War of the Roses!” I will also share, how to get through a divorce without an attorney and save a heap of money. The things I know now that I wish I knew then… hopefully, it can help one of you.

- Jobs, Careers, and School – I’ve experienced it all. I entered college at 48 and fast became friends with a lot of the kids that attended. I will share my experiences of being the mother of the class, and how to attend college when you are a single mother, without a job.

- Planes, Trains, and Automobile Road Trips – Here I will share with you how I take my two boys on vacations without spending a ton of money. So far, we have seen every State in the East Coast of America and are slowly making our way west. I will also share how to make toddlers and adolescents feel like they are on a vacation without leaving the state! A little imagination goes a long way.
- Etc. – This is the place I will just rant on about day-to-day things that happen in my eventful life. Want to see what craziness I got myself into… again… here is the place for you.
As time goes on, I would love to hear suggestions of what YOU would like to read, and I will try to accommodate if I can… until then……
